These Terms and Conditions govern your (the customer) use of Danpalsa (the Provider) website located at the domain name https://danpalsa.co.za/ (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the customer agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. This website may be used to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

The Website https://danpalsa.co.za/ light architecture products and home improvement installation services. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the customer’s risk. The customer indemnifies the Provider against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The company is referred to as Danpalsa and the brand referred to as Danpalsa.

By using this Website or communicating with Danpalsa by electronic means, the customer consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Danpalsa and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Danpalsa.

Delivery

Subject to availability, orders will be processed within 3 – 5 working days from receipt of payment. All orders are dispatched via internal transport solutions unless the customer is located in an outlying area, in which case a unique arragement with the customer will be used. Once the order or sevice has been actioned from the Danpalsa premises, Danpalsa cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. The customer accepts that proof of delivery accepted is when someone at the delivery address provided signs for the goods.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Danpalsa is subject to availability, and Danpalsa will contact you in cases of unavailability or unexpected delays with your order. Danpalsa reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the quality standards. Should Danpalsa exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Once payment has been made for an order, the customer may only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched by Danpalsa.

Any damages or defects need to be reported to Danpalsa within 3 days of receiving the order and or service, together with accompanied photographs in order for Danpalsa to send a replacement product or discuss an alternative service.

All products are sold with a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product or service that you received, you can contact us within 10 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you received the wrong product, please let Danpalsa know within three working days. If the error incurred was the responsibility of Danpalsa we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by customers through the websites online contact facility.

Privacy

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the website, namely the customers personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by Danpalsa and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on your electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Payment Options

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard via by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Danpalsa bank account, the details of which will be provided during the confirmation process.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Danpalsa via Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). No international transactions are available at this point.

Responsibility

Danpalsa takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Disclaimer

Danpalsa accepts no responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of architects. We therefore advise the consultation of an architect and project contractor if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

Danpalsa reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the customer’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The customer’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the customer’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Danpalsa provides certain information on the Website. Danpalsa reserves the right to make any changes to the Website, the Content, or to products and/or services offered through the Website at any times and without notice. All rights in and to the Content is reserved and retained by the Owners. Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, the User is not granted a license or any other right including without limitation under Copyright, Trademark, Patent or other Intellectual Property Rights in or to the Content.
